Very nice hotel, great view, great breakfast.

The hotel is really really great. The rooms are really clean, the staff is helpful and always friendly and the food in the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of typical breakfast items and everything was really tasty. Because of the Corona virus there were minor restrictions but you are able to use all services except for the steam room. I really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay during your hiking trip or spa weekend.

Great Hotel with an awesome location. Staff, toom and food were great as well. The hotel served as a great base for my mountain biking weekend. Really recommend their e-mountain bike.

In response to Christoph below: I find it amazing that both you and your staff think it’s acceptable to have workers on guests’ balconies 2 hours before check out without letting us know in advance! A man literally appeared on our balcony in the morning without warning. When we checked in nobody said ‘your view is obstructed by scaffolding’, it was first down to us to ask to change, and the lady who moved us made us feel like we were being awkward, and it wasn’t a relaxing start. To then be moved to a room which also had scaffolding we decided to accept rather than keep moving room. We weren’t told the spa was working only on request in the morning. The pool was open in the morning but the spa was not working, steam room and sauna were off with doors open - a sign on the door said it would be open from 1pm. When we checked in the information we got said the spa would be working all morning. Things go wrong at lots of places; it’s how it’s dealt with that matters and as you can see this place doesn’t deal with it well. To be fair if we were treated courteously at the time I wouldn’t have felt the need to write a review. Original post: Nice room, (shame about the scaffolding) decent spa and some nice food in the restaurant, but we weren’t told that the Spa would be closed in the morning; and also without warning a man appeared at our balcony in the morning to paint, looking straight into the room. The lady at the desk was defensive and combative when we complained. Not a relaxing spa getaway.

Loved the relaxed atmosphere, fresh air. Good food. I liked the panorama. The best great service and the Frühstück was excellent!
